Researchers at the University of Westminster's School of Architecture and Cities are leading the EX-TRA project, which is studying what the people think about street space experiments in London. This Commonplace website and the surveys on it were designed by the University. The information you provide will be used for academic research.

London Borough of Redbridge

Redbridge is one of the 32 Boroughs or local authority districts in London. The Borough Council has volunteered for their street experiments to be studied by the EX-TRA project, but does not have a formal role in the research design. The University of Westminster will not share data on Commonplace responses with the Council, only findings from the University's own data analysis will be shared.

Transport for London

Transport for London (TfL) are the integrated transport authority, responsible for meeting Mayor Sadiq Khan’s strategy and commitments on transport in London. TfL run the day-to-day operation of London’s public transport network and manage London’s main roads. TfL is a partner of the EX-TRA project, but does not have a formal role in the research design. The University of Westminster will not share data on Commonplace responses with TfL, only findings from the University's own data analysis will be shared.
